To whomever pays attention to my journal,
I would like to inform you, sir or madam, that I have just been released from the hospital, and am now the proud mother of a beautiful baby boy. I choose to go with the deluxe model, and obtained one with a total weight of 9 1/2 pounds, and a length of 20 1/2 inches, on the date of Aug. 26th, at 7:15 pm. Would anyone be interested in pictures? Huzzah for me! Thank you for your time.

Why, thanks! Um, you don't mind if I "borrow" a few things while I'm here, do you? Oh, and I CERTAIN that you meant to put this somewhere else, I'll just hold on to this for now...What is this thing?
